Our brand new Lake Sherwood, 3 bedroom chalet style home puts you right in the middle of all that Rome has to offer. A quiet neighborhood that allows you and your family to relax by a fire or dip your toes in Lake Sherwood.

Parking is available on-site at the property. Please park in the designated areas and avoid blocking any neighbouring driveways.

Check-out is by 10am. We'd love to welcome more guests after you, so please try to be out on time!

• Strip the beds and leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry area.
• Wash or stack any used dishes.
• Bag up any rubbish and place it in the bins provided.
• Make sure all doors and windows are locked before you leave.
• Leave the keys/access as instructed on arrival.

WiFi coverage extends throughout the home and down to the lake. If you experience any issues, try restarting your device.  Feel free to reach out if problems persist.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. You'll find everything you need to cook up a great meal after a day on the lake.

• Check the cupboards and drawers for cookware, utensils, and tableware.
• A coffee maker and basic kitchen appliances are available for your use.
• Please clean up after cooking and leave the kitchen as you found it.

Kick back and relax in the living area after a full day of outdoor adventures. The TV is set up and ready to go — streaming services may be available, or feel free to log into your own accounts.

One of the best parts of the Chalet is the outdoor space right on Lake Sherwood. Take a dip, relax by the water, or gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars.

• Fire pit supplies may be available — please check with your host.
• Always supervise children near the water.
• Please extinguish the fire completely before heading inside for the night.

There's a pontoon boat on-site and available to rent for experienced boaters. Please reach out to your host in advance to arrange access and confirm availability.

• A valid boating licence or demonstrated experience may be required.
• Always wear life jackets on the water.
• Return the boat fuelled and in the same condition you found it.

Laundry facilities are available at the property. Please check with your host for the location and any specific instructions for the washer and dryer.

Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. A starter supply of toiletries and essentials may also be available — your host will let you know what's stocked.

A car is the most convenient way to get around the Rome and Nekoosa area. Most attractions, restaurants, and trails are a short drive from the Chalet.

If you need directions to a specific spot or recommendations on the best routes, don't hesitate to ask your host.

There is a KWIK TRIP gas station just a couple miles down the road. You may have passed it on your way here. They have a large liquor department and carry most essentials.

In the event of an emergency, please call 911 immediately.

• Emergency exits are through the main doors and windows.
